During my tenure at Modsy, I was part of the core team that developed the brand’s identity/personality and was responsible for translating that into a set of clear voice and tone guidelines.

The following are a series of slides, excerpted from the final Modsy brand voice and tone guide. I developed this document and oversaw its implementation across all content and marketing touch points and conducted semi-regular training sessions with customer-facing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience for our customers.

Key strategic concerns included ensuring the guidelines were clear and easy to understand/implement and that these guidelines were directly derived from our brand identity guidelines.
