During my time at Walmart (overseeing a collection of brands that included AllPosteers.com) I was responsible for redefining the AllPosters brand identity. A key part of this initiative was developing the brand’s voice and creating clear voice and tone guidelines for copywriters and other team members to follow.

The following are a series of slides, excerpted from the final AllPosters brand voice and tone guide, which I wrote and developed in collaboration with our department’s head of marketing and art director.
